Help needed: Integration for Calls, SMS, and WhatsApp in ERPNext

Hi everyone,

Here from Tanzania, Please help with the best way to handle all company communications specifically phone calls, SMS, and WhatsApp entirely within Frappe/ERPNext.

The goal is to centralize everything to improve efficiency and revenue.
I tried Twilio but it looks like no Tz numbers for sale, so can i use my local mobile number to integrate??

Could you please recommend:

  • VoIP/Telephony: Best modules or integrations for making and logging calls?

  • SMS: Recommended gateways for native SMS setup?

  • WhatsApp: Best marketplace apps or methods to connect WhatsApp Business API?

I am also from Tanzania: -

  1. No ideas

  2. For SMS I think best way would be through the telcoms API Airtel, Voda, Tigo, etc.. They usually have a portal which can send lots of SMS at a go and wont be flagged as SPAM
