We are SiteRecon and we’re looking for an ERPNext / Frappe Functional Consultant to join us on-site in Noida.
Key areas: HRMS, Recruitment & ATS, Assets & Operations, Reporting etc
Required Skills:
- 3+ years of ERPNext / Frappe implementation or administration experience
- Strong understanding of HRMS processes and workflows
- Experience with workflows, permissions, reports, and dashboards
- Ability to gather requirements and independently drive implementation
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Very comfortable with Client Scripts and Server Scripts in Frappe
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Recruitment / ATS modules
- Knowledge of APIs and integrations
- Basic reporting and data analysis skills
- Proficiency in Frappe customization — forms, workflows, permissions
