Klaimify is looking for an experienced Senior ERPNext Functional Consultant to join our ERP Consulting & Implementation team.

We are looking for someone with strong hands-on ERP implementation experience, good understanding of business processes, and the ability to independently work with clients and translate business requirements into practical ERP solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive/support end-to-end ERP implementations from requirement discovery to go-live.

  • Conduct requirement workshops, As-Is/To-Be analysis and functional gap analysis.

  • Translate business requirements into practical ERP solutions with minimal unnecessary customization.

  • Prepare functional documentation including BRDs, FRS, User Stories, Process Flows and UAT scenarios.

  • Work across ERP modules including Finance, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Manufacturing, CRM, Projects and HR & Payroll.

  • Conduct client discussions, solution demonstrations and UAT sessions.

  • Coordinate with Developers, QA and Project Managers for successful implementation.

  • Handle functional issues, go-live activities, user training and post-go-live stabilization.

  • Manage functional activities across multiple projects and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience in ERP Functional Consulting / ERP Implementation or related ERP delivery roles.

  • Hands-on experience with at least one complete ERP implementation lifecycle.

  • Strong requirement gathering, business process analysis and solution design skills.

  • Experience with UAT, go-live and post-implementation support.

  • Strong client communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to independently own functional deliverables.

ERPNext / Frappe

ERPNext / Frappe implementation experience is highly preferred, particularly experience with:

  • ERPNext configuration and workflows

  • Roles & permissions, reports and print formats

  • Multiple ERPNext modules

  • Data migration, UAT and go-live

  • Working with Frappe/ERPNext development teams

This is not a conventional Business Analyst or ERP Support role. We are looking for someone who can understand the business problem, recommend practical solutions and take ownership of functional delivery throughout the implementation lifecycle.
