Hosting (PaaS) of ERPNext by third parties (other than Frappe)

Hi guys,
I am making a list of companies who can host ERPNext without the hassle of installing on a VPS. Ofcourse needless to say Frappe Cloud gives support/warranty

I guess the list is small because if you want to be an official Frappe Partner you need hit the monthly targets on Frappe cloud which means you cannot promote your own VPS - unless your client needs it to be physically in your country ( Hassle-free hosting for Frappe Apps )
