How can I fetch the child table data into another doctype?

I’ve created a Year, Month and Days field in a doctype and I want to fetch the field value from another doctype.

In this above screenshot, I’ve three fields. So, I want to fetch the value from the following screenshot where if I’ll select the Year as 2023 then I should see the Month select box and once I’ll select a month then I should see the number of days in that month.
