How can I get my custom app module to show up in Erpnext side bar

I have installed a custom app alongside erpnext. I now want to access it from the side bar.

There used to be a create new workepace option that let you choose among modules. I no longer see that option.

How can this be done in the updated version?(topic deleted by author)

But how can I select my custom app module?. It is just creating a new blank workspace

Build > Workspace > Your New Workspace
you will find module selection

You developer mode is disabled so that is the problem. You have to enable the developer mode, after then module is appers. Please apply the command to enabled the developer mode. bench set-config developer_mode 1 // OR bench --site [your_sitename] set-config developer_mode 1

Additionally, i was not logged in as Admin, that solved the issue.
