How can i setup SMTP username and password in helpdesk

I just finished set up email account in desk but i cannot find any field to put outgoing SMTP credential like SMTP Username and Password

Usually email address is the username. If you need different user name, check “Use different email ID” and set password.

But my email password and stmp user and email is different
