How to add missing currency before setup wizard?

I think initially you can set to any currency (eg. US Dollars) then once you are inside, you can create a new currency BGN and set it as default.

Can you add the currency for Bulgaria? It is named “Bulgarian Lev”, its code is BGN, and in Bulgarian language is “Български лев”. In plural it is Bulgarian Leva and in Bulgarian “Български лева”
