Hi everyone,
I am trying to bulk import Sales Orders, and I want the system to automatically calculate the tax based on the Sales Template and Tax Template selected on the order.
I have configured the Sales and Tax templates correctly and selected them during the import process. However, after the import is completed, the tax is not being applied or calculated on the Sales Orders.
What I’ve tried so far:
- Selected the appropriate Sales Template during import
- Assigned the correct Tax Template
- Verified that tax is configured correctly in the system
Despite this, the tax amount remains zero / is not applied.
Has anyone faced a similar issue, or can someone guide me on how to make the system automatically calculate tax during bulk import?
