I have completed a workflow for a Material Request, but now I want to delete it. However, I can’t find any option to cancel or remove it. How can I delete or cancel a completed Material Request…?
First you have to add the cancel flow in the Material Request workflow, once you set it in the workflow then cancel option will appear in the MR. then you can cancel and delete it.
But How can I do that…? you mean add a new raw in state and transaction as cancel…?

here is my workflow, I applied what you mentioned but still can’t see any cancel or delete button.
If you checking from Listview then the cancel and delete option will not appear because of workflow but you can check it inside of the document.

The transition Rule is wrong in row 9.
set like
Approval to purchase → Reject → Rejected
You have to create and understand the basic workflow first, create complex and understand it, you will not know it.
