How to manually adjust leave balance?

Hi,

I have allocated leaves for all employees for current year.
For example ,12 Casual leaves which are allocated 1 every month.
But every month, we have to adjust leave balance for few employees. If there are 3 late entries we will deduct 1 casual leave.

How to adjust leave balance manually or through excel data import?
