How to merge your developer mode to production kode

Hi I guys I use 2 erpnext one for developer and one for production. I want to know how to merge my work in developer to production?

Just edit some doctype and create a doctype. Can we migrate only the doctype and not the data on the production mode?

The problem is when i export fixtures (Custom Field) the fixtures of Jasper Erpnext Report get mix with fixtures of Base Vat and the other way around.
