How to remove name infront of item code

@Display of Item name in the link fields

frappe.form.link_formatters['Item'] = function(value, doc) {
    if(doc.item_code && doc.item_name !== value) {
        return doc.item_name;
    } else {
        return value;
    }
};

It is also worked in the latest version. and no need to call frappe.ui.form.on. just paste my script.

Then reload Ctrl+Shift+R and check it.
