How to set Session Defaults automcatically for new users

How to set Session Defaults automatically for all the users that I will be creating.

for example I create User1, User2 and User3. Instead of telling them to go to menu and set their session defaults such as DEFAULT COMPANY,DEFAULT MODE OF PAYMENT and DEFAULT COST OF CENTER, I want to be handled it with a client/server script if possible.

Thank you @Meet , I read it several times i was not able to understand it because its not descriptive for us with limited short experience. if there were steps and illustrations I could have followed it but unfortunetaly I was not able to benifit from it
