How to setup an email alert in erpnext when it will not presnt in the given app?

how to setup email alert in erpnext ???
when i install new site and new app there is no email alert in email section so how to setup it??

Simply search Email Alert in the Awesome bar

In v11 renamed to this Notification

If you are using the develop version of ERPNext it has been renamed to Notification

yes but i have another error while setup email alert

SMTP AUTH extension not supported by server.

how to solve this error?? can you help me to solve this error.
