Thanks Sir for the reply, but I want to know the detailed process from beginning to end. Like from where to get the credentials and where to login etc.
And we are using Erpnext v13 beta-6 version.

Okay here goes. I am assuming you are self hosted on ERPNext.

You have to go to Adaequare and sign up as a ASP. They will set you up and send you the documentation to show you how to setup an app and get the Client ID and Client Secret. Then you need to do the things that are documented in https://docs.erpnext.com/docs/user/manual/en/regional/india/setup-e-invoicing

Then you need to ensure the settings are done as indicated here:
