How to stop autofilling of Time filedtype on saving the doctype?

@Sandeep_Kakde @NCP Any update on this? How to stop auto-population.

Actually, I have added a custom button “Close”. So I want when i save this auto-population should not happen but it should happen only when i click “Close” button and simultaneously it should take me to the list view from document.

You have to find out in the core.

Same issue here, 11 months ago… can the maintainers fix this nonsense automatic behaviour ? If I want a default value, I will set a default value.
