Our company employs many labourers, and the attendance is marked based on units of work done.
Based on efficiency of workers they may get marked in attendance between 0.5 to 4.5 presents marked per day.
How to configure the same in Frappe HR

How are you currently tracking the number of pieces a worker completes? Are the workers or managers completing work orders or are you using another docType?
Currently we are doing it manually, using worker attendance cards, marking each unit or work as a one day present.
Subject to worker skill, people complete upto 4.5 units of work a day. Thats around 36 hours equivalent work.
Things I have identified so far is Project level accounting will help manage billing for different sites we are currently working on.
One option I can think of is using overtime with half hours accounted at double hourly rates.
The challenge is the site supervisors are mix of literate to semi literate and even vernacular literate, need a simple way for them to mark attendance on a smart phone for every worker under him.
Perhaps consider using Time Sheets. There is a function to set the billable hours. You could set the billable hours to the units completed. This also has the benefit of tracking per project.
You would have one Time Sheet per employee per pay period (per day, week, or month).
