I am using basic frappe cloud subscription and I want to create a clean demo for my client . but bfore that i want to delete all the testing data that I created for the testing purpsoe like - company , sales invoices , items etc . I am unable to find any option in the frappe cloud accounts that can wipe out the data or option to reinstall erpnext app fresh. How this can be achived , what are the options please suggest
On your site, go to the Desktop > click on the top right user profile button > there’s an option to delete demo data.
Oh you’re on v15. Did you use the demo data option during setup wizard?
Yes I did but after that I have also created many companies and Item in the master list and sales order invoices etc for learning and testing. Now I want to delete all these and want to setup my erpnext afresh
Oh, you can delete the companies you don’t need - that will delete all records. You can also use the Transaction Deletion Record if you only want to delete the transactions and not the companies themselves: Delete Company Transactions
Then you can proceed to delete the customer, supplier and item masters.
If you have access to your Frappe Cloud account, you can also use the “Restore Site” option to start afresh on the site - this will clean the entire site and give you a fresh start.
