Hw to show message blink on navbar

Hello everone
i have two site one is ‘UAT’ and other is ‘Production’ so i want to show end user this site is UAT and this one is Live so show message on navbar and its continuosly blink so user can easily understand so no data entry mistake in live server because in some case end user don’t know which is is Test server and which one is Live.
any one know how i can do this please help

There are two ways to do it.

  1. Note List can throw a pop up message particularly either for a user or a set of users.
  2. Navbar setting has Announcement Widget to publish anything globally.

There are other methods that work as well.
For example, Red Background, or simply changing the logo with an image that indicates “TESTING”.
