i can not link medicine to item.

hi,

  1. if i create medicine as medicine. i can prescript them to my patient. but i can not apply accounting work on them
  2. if i create medicine as items. it will not appear in drug prescription section of “ patient encounter”.

i want to prescript my patient the medication in drug prescription section ,and accounting work such as , inventory, invoice, stock…. also automatically work.

Please check this Docs. You just need to configure the items in the Medication → Linked Items table. Once you save it, the system will automatically create the Item and Item Price.

After that, it will be reflected in the Encounter, and the related items will also be available in the Invoice.

help me one more

  1. medication and item are created and linked.
  2. stock entry, price list, item price are set up.
  3. patient encounter> drug prescription>medication request sumitted.

i can not locate “ create sale invoice” ( i want to know the cost of my prescription, and stock reducing … work automatically.

hi, you can open Sales Invoice, select the patient, then click on Get Items From → Prescriptions.
There, choose the encounter that has medications, select the medicines you want to invoice, and add them.
Once added, you’ll see those medicines listed in the Items table.
