I can’t access the Banking menu because instead of that menu it opens Banking/Bank Clearance.

It automatically redirects me to this page.

Is this normal? What is this even supposed to be? I don’t understand what “Bank Clearance” is or why I need it. I just want to start by adding all my bank accounts into the system and enable their display, but I can’t do that.

In the sidebar, click on Setup > you should see an option for bank accounts. You can add all your bank accounts there.
