I want to display item code along with item decription in purchase order

While making purchase order only codes are getting displayed, i can see the item name. I want to have itemcode & item description on purchase order making form. Anyone can help me out there?

@VASUDHA_SRAVANI,

You will need to set the In List View field property for Item code and description fields from Customize Form.

Go to Customize Form and select the Purchase Order Item then set the In List View for the fields.

It looks like you selected In List View for the item table field in the Purchase Order document. You should have used In List View for the description field in the Purchase Order Item document.

i could not find "description " field :frowning:

Please check the 'In List View' not allowed for type Image in row 12 - #13 by Boacasa for In List view Error

you will find the description field in Purchase Order Item document as @Ben_Cornwell_Mott suggested
