Installation fails due to mysql pass

Followed those exact instructions.

1. Did a clean install of CentOS 7 - Minimal (On a server this time)
2. Installed glibc
3. Stopped firewalld.service
4. Installed Pillow
5. Ran the frappe script and updated it

BUT still getting the exact same 404 problem.
