How can save stocked items in cost center expense account?

Hi all,

We have a construction company and we want to use erpnext as the following scenario.

We have construction projects on different place. So we created warehouse and cost center for each project in erpnext.Sometimes we bought items to our main warehouse, after transfer items to each project's warehouse. Or we bought items to dricetly to project's warehouse.

When we bought non-stock items to project, (In PR selected releated cost center of project, in Purchase Invoice selected releated cost center of project and Expense head, in JV releated cost center of project), we can see that Purchase amount in Financial Analytics like expense under releated  expense account of cost center.

But the problem is when we bought stock items as same above scenario, we can not see that purchase amount under releated expense account of cost center. After we transfer some stocked items from main warehouse to project warehouse, stock entry and accounting working well but how can we save all stock entry amount or directly bought items to expense account of our project (or cost center expense account)?

How can see each stock entry under releated project's expense account and cost center?

Thanks

Ali

Hi all,

I found the solution.

We first made stock entry which purpose is metarial tranfer from main warehouse to project warehouse.

After that we made new stock entry which purpose is manufacture/repack on project warehouse.

So we did not use manufacturing tool and production Order and our process is more basic and clear now.

I have another question now.

How can we releate each project, cost center, project warehouse and Difference Account (expense account) in order to do not select in each PO,PI,Stock entry and so on?

For example if I choose project name, I want releated cost center, accont head etc. to be automaticly filled by releted project.

Thanks..

Ali
