I am in the process of implementing Frappe Healthcare v15 for a hospital. Do I have to build some customizations to make the app ABDM compliant? Has anyone done this before?

yes, ABDM m2 and m3 are under development currently. ETA 2-3 months if all goes as planned
You’ll probably need some custom integration work. Frappe Healthcare v15 gives you the healthcare workflows, but ABDM compliance requires connecting to the ABDM APIs for things like ABHA, consent-based health record sharing, HFR/HPR and the current v3 integration flows. ABDM also requires solutions to go through its sandbox/validation process.
I’d avoid heavily modifying the core app though. Better to build a separate Frappe app for the ABDM layer so upgrades stay manageable. Would also be interested to hear if anyone here has already done a production ABDM integration with Frappe.
