Almost all doctypes in the system have a section at the bottom for COMMENTS and a button EMAIL. is there any place/approach where we could disable/hide them everywhere (writing client script for each one of them separately will take long long time)

Thank you @chrislennon, if i go for client script, i should write for all doctypes, but if there is a single file or couple of files then it will be better saving time
