Issue print PDF

Hello everyone,

i have a issue if i would like to open a offer or something like that as a PDF.

If i click on the PDF Button i get a 504 Gateway Time.out from Nginx.
On the local Network it works fine. But if i´m connected via external URL/HTTPS i get these error.

How can i fix these issue?

Portforwarding are configured with HTTPS Port 443. Do i need a second Port?

thank you that was the solution! I have add the puplic DNS Name not the local IP/DNS Name and now it works.
