Issue with E-Invoice Status Showing as Failed

We are currently generating e-invoices in bulk using version v15.19.3.

Although the e-invoices are being generated successfully, we are intermittently encountering an issue where the e-invoice status appears as “Failed” in the Sales Invoice.

If the e-Invoice is generated successfully, and after that, someone tries to generate an e-Invoice again, then the status is set as Failed because error is thrown as e-Invoice already generated.

Kindly update the app to resolve the issue.
