Issue with Leave Encashment Calculation in ERPNext - Amount is not calculated despite "Allow Encashm

I’m facing an issue with Leave Encashment in ERPNext, where the amount for converting unused leave to cash is not calculated correctly, even though all the settings seem to be correct.

Details:

  1. The Allow Encashment feature is enabled in Leave Type.

  2. The Maximum Encashable Leaves is set to 21 days.

  3. The Non-Encashable Leaves is set to 0, meaning all the leaves can be encashed.

  4. In Leave Allocation, the employee has 15.75 days of unused leave, but the Actual Encashable Days is set to 0.

  5. I attempted to submit Leave Encashment for 15 days eligible for encashment, but the amount is not calculated, and I see that the Encashment Amount shows as 0.00.

  6. There is an Earning Component named Vacation Allowance, which is linked to the leave type (Leave Type) and appears in the formula (Salary Slip), but the amount is not calculated correctly.

Is there something missing or another setting that needs to be adjusted for the Encashment Amount to be calculated correctly?
