ITIL compliant service process

Hi everyone,

I recently encountered a similar challenge with one of my clients. They currently use iTop for ITSM and Change Management, but since they are migrating their backend completely to ERPNext, I want to implement the same concept within ERPNext. Coming across this thread, I’m curious to know whether it’s feasible to implement this in the current version (16), given how much the platform and Frappe ecosystem have matured.

There are now many apps and modules — Helpdesk, Raven, Gameplan, and more — and I’m interested to know if any of these (or combinations of them) are being used effectively as an ITSM / Change Management system.
