Lead is not showing in CRM option

When I am trying to open lead in CRM option, it shows an error :-

Dear Sir,

when i want to install erpnext on ubuntu 18.04 on a virtual machine, it says an error when i run given command:-

root@root-VirtualBox:~$ sudo su - bench
To run a command as administrator (user “root”), use “sudo ”.
See “man sudo_root” for details.
