Lead to Customer Mapping (Many to One)?

Hi,

As per my information a lead is single contact now how should we handle a Company as a Lead, suppose there are 2 contacts or may be more contacts in a Company with whom we need to talk, then I guess the only option is to create 2 or 3 leads with same company name.

Now when we convert one lead to customer then the other 2 remaining leads should also get converted to that customer only but I think that is not possible in the current setup.

Then how does the team suggest to handle such a scenario.

We have exactly the same scenario. Any idea on how to solve this use case?

Hi, we observed that from a lead we can create a customer or an opportunity. Would be nice to have an action for adding a lead to a current customer as new contact. Sometimes when importing from the email, new contact persons of current customers appear.
