I configured a Letter Head with both a header image and a footer image. However, the Letter Head is not appearing when printing an individual document record.
In the Doctype’s Report View, the header image is visible, but the footer image still does not display. Additionally, for one specific record, neither the header nor the footer image appears during printing.
I also noticed that only .jpg and .png image formats are supported. When I upload a .webp format image, it does not appear anywhere in the print preview.
