Currently only “System Manager” has access to “List setting”. Any way to give permission without providing system manager access.
Go to: Awesome Bar → Role Permissions Manager
Select Document Type → choose: List Settings
In the Select Role dropdown, choose the role you want to give access to.
If role not added you can add it.
Grant the following permissions:Read ,Write.
You can also grant Create / Delete — only if you want them to create or reset list settings.
Click → Save
