Whoa. That’s a pretty high level functionality request, but interesting.
We’ve talked about consolidating reports here and here, but not a “merge(r)” function that would allow for the combination of two companies.
I would propose that you look into the export features and then see if you can’t export your cost center structure into one instance or the other. Make backups ahead of time.
