Multiple company management with different unit of measurement

I have 2 different company

Company A :

  1. Sell products in DZN and all pricing is done in DZN format .
  2. Purchase products in Pieces from Company B

Company B :

  1. Basically take orders from Company A in Pieces
  2. Manufacture products in Pieces and sell in pieces to Company B

As I have seen multiple companies share same products and customers in ERPNext so is there any way to different UOM for Different company ? Or how can I get rid of this situation ?

You could add company field on UoM if you need and use permission manager
