My company doesnt follow a price list for our products, Having issues with Sales Order due to this

My company doesnt have a fixed price list for the products they sell, if a product has the price of 100rs as an average, the sales person may sell it for 120 or 90. the issue happens when we book the sales order, if the price list price for the item is 100 and we change the rate to 90, it does the amount calculations correctly, but when we print the order, it shows up as the price list amount with auto calculated discount.

We do not wish to show our price list price as such to the customer.
How do we fix this?

Hi @jitendra, If you change the rate upon the price list rate the automatically apply discount but if you change the price list rate then does not apply the discount. If an item has a price list rate and you change the rate you can’t disable discount. if the item hasn’t a price list rate and then you change the rate then you can set the discount accordingly.
