My Old Question: Why break and continue statment aren't working in custom script in v11?

I posted a question in the past why break and continue statements aren’t working now (in version 11) as they were working in v 10 ??

Is there any alternate to use that here ??

After some research came to know that if I go through current JQuery version, break can be achieved through return false and for continue return / reutrn true
