My server disconnecting again and again

I’m unable to paste screenshot here. Following error message is comming:

This site can’t be reached

erp.domain.in refused to connect.

Try:

ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED

and it is started automatically again after sometime. but this can be happen anytime.

apply command and check:

sudo systemctl restart nginx

Yes I do it all the time, still site cannot be reach. while I can connect to server using ssh.

run this:
apt purge fail2ban

It affect my site working or any other functionality? this website is in working mode and have large data
