New Workspace is not shown in the side bar

Hey there,

I want to add a new workspace. I did everything like before and I can save this new workspace, but it is not shown in the left sidebar menu. I know former it was necessary to set the workspace as standard to show it in the side bar.
For explanation - we have no possibility to set the workspace as standard, because this option is not shown.

I have read a former chat with the same problem - and we tried it without the hook (set as standard) - but it is not shown in our sidebar.

Does anyone else have the same problem, or does anyone have another solution?

Hi,
unfortunately this does not help. We have cloud version and the design is different from the v14 version which is shown in the link. For example we do not have ‘Public’ or ‘My Workspace’ part and we have to create new workspace by clicking the ‘build’ button.
