When I send a newsletter to a group of people and someone replies, an error message appears. According to my configuration, a CRM lead should be created whenever a reply or a new email is received. However, due to this error, the CRM leads are not being created when someone replies.
Additionally, please note that while CRM leads are created when a new email is received, ERP next leads are not being created.
