I’ve sent several emails to ERPNext support regarding my account and setup, but haven’t received any reply yet. Could someone from the Frappe team please check or follow up on this?

Hello,

I’m unable to get support for my site even after upgrading my plan. Two main issues:

  1. Cannot create a support ticket: The system keeps saying “Your site plan is not eligible for support” although I’ve upgraded.

  2. No reply from email support: I’ve been trying to reach you for several days but haven’t received any response.

Please fix the ticket access issue urgently so we can get help for our setup problems.
