Non-linear item price for fixed shipping units doesn't work

I think your file is incomplete. There are a few columns that are required:

You have to select 1 in either Selling or Buying
Then in Applicable for Column you have the options:

Customer: Customer, Customer Group, Territory, Sales Partner, Campaign

Then depending on what you selected, you have to select an appropriate value for Customer, Customer Group, Territory, Sales Partner or Campaign.

Try again with this. Plus as a rule always download all columns in the data template.

Hey Jay,

I’ve tried it as per your suggestion but it still gives me the same exception.
Also I have to say I’m a little perplexed that I have to fill non-mandatory fields…

Well, the tree of options is why you have to fill some non-mandatory fields. Let me try an import on my system and see if this is a bug.
