Not able to create New Workspace with v16

Hello Team,

I created a new site ( +custome app), and facing issues.

Not able to create a new workspace or Desktop item.
DocTypes not getting exported

Need Urgent Help !!!

Which version are you using? V15 or V16, and which apps have you installed?

Extra: When you create DocTypes, you need to activate developer mode. This will create the corresponding .py and .json files in your app under the DocTypes folder. Otherwise, they will only end up in the database and your changes will only be local to the site.

For the Workspaces Problem: Do you’re user have the role Workspace Manager?

its v16…Developer Mode is already enabled..

I’m trrying to create a new workspace with Adminitrator default login
