I am using a webhook with Doctype HD Ticket and the rule “after_insert.” That works. Now I need a webhook for new replies from users/contacts (email). Does anyone have any ideas?
Doctype HD Ticket, on_change sends a webhook when a user or admin/support responds. However, it should only trigger the webhook when a response has been received from the user.
