Operation Cost not getting added in Manufacturing

Hello,

I used BOM and added few items and also operations like making charges, fuel etc. I got a cost adding the Raw Material Cost and Operation Cost but when I manufactured that particular item with the BOM,I the operation cost is not added, only the raw material cost is added.

I thought operation cost and raw material cost shown in the BOM will add when I manufacture that item.

Can it be done or should i used production order and do the all the above or is there anything I am missing…

How are you creating the stock entry?

The system should add the operating cost as additional charges in Stock Entry while updating finished goods against a Production Order.

I created stock entry through Manufacture and getting the item’s BOM, wherein the added operating cost.

The system is adding valuation to a item only if some additional costs is added to the manufacture.
