I’m trying to create a purchase return, I received $11.67 as a partial refund and the order contained multiple items. I’m not entirely sure how to do this but I keep getting this popup saying ‘Paid amount + Write Off Amount can not be greater than Grand Total’. But doesn’t make much sense to me as obviously the paid amount is going to be greater than the negative refund amount. Someone please let me know what I’m doing wrong or how I can do this correctly.
