Whenever I’m trying to access the payment request doctype from the awesome bar, it does not show up and when you manually type in payment request in address bar the hit enter, it shows and error that it is not there, I checked the Doctype list and sure enough, the doctype payment request is still there it’s just not showing, may I ask how can this be resolved? Can someone help me? Thanks in advanced.
Go to the Role Permission Manager and give the read and write rights to the role that the user has role.
Not really sure how I’m gong to explain, I did try that one and I cannot seem to add any permission using the payment request doctype, no matter role I use, it’s no letting me add anything.
It’s a 100% permissions issue, so please apply it and check it.
