Payroll Entry Issue, Unable to select employees

Hi, Everyone

I am currently trying to add employees in the Payroll section. My requirement is that when I select the branch as Corporate, the system should automatically fetch and display all employees linked to the Corporate branch.

However, even after assigning the branch “Corporate” to certain employees, their names are not appearing in the Payroll section. My objective is to add the relevant employees and proceed with payroll processing based on their attendance or any other applicable method.

I am unable to understand where the issue lies. Kindly let me know if I am missing any configuration or doing something incorrectly. I have attached a screenshot for your reference.

Payroll Entry will fetch employees based on filters only those with salary structure assignment Done.

I have already assigned the salary structure, but the get employees button is still not visible.

Please check date of assignment as well Branch set in all those employees.

Did you also submit the salary structure assignments?

As you can see, if I do not select any of these fields, it shows my name. However, I am unable to access the “Get Employees” button. Also, if I select any of these fields, such as Designation or Branch, the Employee Name field becomes empty.

@rs115199789 you have to safe the Payroll Entry once before the button shows up

I tried to save first but again it;s not showing/adding the employees in the list.
